On November 30, 2023, under the leadership of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the participation of ministries, a discussion was held on new methods of de-bureaucratization and internal digitalization, including change management, acceleration methods, etc.
During the meeting, CEO of Qazinnovations Sanat Zholdikhanovich Akhanov shared his cases on change management and highlighted the basic principles of management to representatives of the ministry.
