The parties discussed possible vectors of cooperation, including the following issues:

● creation of the Kazakh-Chinese Innovation Development Fund;

● technology transfer;

● strengthening bilateral ties between the business communities of Kazakhstan and China.

The purpose – to promote economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and China, modernization and development of Kazakh economy, and effective use of opportunities. Reference: The China Technology Transfer Center of SCO Member States was established within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization by the initiative of Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC in 2020. The main task is to provide a platform for expanding the channels of multilateral international cooperation in the fields of technology, science, culture, economics and trade.
