"Promoting Innovation: Discussion of cooperation between scientists and business at the Digital Almaty forum"

At the international forum "Digital Almaty 2024" in the framework of the panel session "Mechanisms to stimulate cooperation between the business community, scientific institutions and the state", representatives of business, science and the public sector gave speeches. S.Zh. Akhanov, Chairman of the Board of NARI "Qazinnovations" JSC, presented his view on the key aspects of innovative development in Kazakhstan. Nursultan Shokanov, Chairman of the Almaty Chamber of Entrepreneurs, acted as moderator, ensuring a harmonious course of the discussion. Other speakers included Kamil Akatov, Chairman of the Board of the Science Foundation, Dimash Kunayev, Co-Founder, CEO of Omir Group technology company and member of Schulich Startups community (Canada), Aibek Yergozhaev, Head of the Center for Market Monitoring and Expertise LLP, as well as a number of other experts. The discussion focused on the tools and mechanisms to stimulate cooperation between entrepreneurs, scientists, and the state, which is of strategic importance for the development of the innovation economy and successful introduction of new technologies into various spheres of activity.
