On July 19, 2024, Minister of Digital Development Jaslan Madiyev announced the launch of Agile transformation in the MDDIAI of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Chairman of the National Agency for the Development of innovations QazInnovations Sanat Zholdyhanovich explained in detail to the staff of the Ministry the essence of Agile, shared world experience and plans for its implementation in the ministry.

Agile is a management innovation that will help to increase employee motivation, efficiency and speed up the response to changes. These flexible management methods optimize processes and increase productivity. "We have to be flexible. Agile is like a survival system, not a luxury. Especially civil servants need to tune in to changes, big changes. The pilot project for the implementation of Agile is aimed at improving the efficiency of operational activities in the state apparatus. We hope that this example will become the basis for scaling in all government agencies," said Sanat Zholdyhanovich.
