On December 14, 2023, Nazarbayev University hosted a meeting on the topic "Development of innovative ecosystems based on universities" with the participation of Minister of Science and Higher Education Sayasat Nurbek, the leadership of universities in Kazakhstan and Chairman of the National Agency for the Development of Innovations QazInnovations Akhanov Sanat Zholdyhanovich. During the meeting, the Minister presented specific results, trends, challenges and prospects for innovation in the country. The Chairman of the National Agency for the Development of innovations also spoke about the joint collaboration on business incubation, the possibilities and results of the foresight process in the country, the need for technological audits in corporate business, the creation of large prototyping centers and piloting of collective access.
