From November 24 to 26, 2023, an important event took place in Almaty - the annual Forum of Creative Industries of Central Asia Creative Central Asia-2023. The event brought together more than 100 industry experts and representatives from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and South Korea to discuss trends and development of the region's creative industries. The main topics discussed at the forum included cinema, music, education, fashion industry and IT. The forum program included panel discussions on issues such as the use of creative industries for the social uplift of young people, the creation of a comfortable urban environment and the development of creative spaces, the development of women's entrepreneurship in creative industries and the role of audio content in the modern world.
Also at the plenary session of this forum, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NARI QazInnovations Akhanov Sanat Zholdyhanovich spoke about the creative industry and innovations. The main goal of the CSA-2023 forum is to develop the infrastructure of creative industries, promote creative entrepreneurship and attract international investment.
