The holder of a grant intended for the commercialization of technologies – Promanalytica LLP @promprivod_org has successfully launched a system for monitoring the rotating equipment condition using IDM-online AI. An agreement worth 18 million tenge was signed with QazInnovations in 2021. IDM-Online @idm_online system is in high demand among businesses. It is designed to continuous monitor and determination of the technical condition of equipment units; to determine the current technical condition of mechanisms, types and degrees of possible defects and predict the residual resource of nodes. Diagnosis occurs without stopping and disassembling the equipment; helps to significantly improve the efficiency and reliability of equipment. Advantage: real-time operation of the system, which allows you to rapid respond to any problems and prevent accidents. This is particularly important for large enterprises, where even a short equipment downtime can lead to severe financial losses. Currently, the programs are installed in "First Wind Power Station" LLP. Pilot tests are being carried out at Arcelor Mittal Temirtau JSC, the largest metallurgical enterprise in Kazakhstan. Moreover, Uzbekistan is interested in acquiring IDM-online: pilot tests are being carried out at Almalyk MMC JSC, as well as at one of the leading companies in the cement industry - Akhangarancement JSC.
